Jack Laurance
Jack's acting career began at the age of nine, when he was cast as "street urchin" in the Hackney Empire's 1988 Christmas production of Aladdin. It was an auspicious start, but the phone stopped ringing after a forgettable role as a heroin addict in The Bill.
Jack moved into directing, and at the age of 27 his short film, Covered, was a finalist in the best newcomer category at the Rushes Soho Shorts festival.
Jack spent seven years at global brand and design agency Moving Brands, becoming both Design Director and Head of Film before leaving in 2011 to set up Armoury. In the last 12 months Jack has directed films for Sony, BBC, Channel 4, Nickelodeon, Adidas, Skype and DeBeers.

Clare Gibson
Clare made her first documentary at the age of seven – an in-depth look at gorillas, filmed in her family's New Zealand garden. While she looked cute in front of the camera, it was the power behind it that appealed.
After working in film in New Zealand for several years, Clare moved to London in 2005. She has shot documentaries on Mount Everest, rocket launches in French Guiana, Black Hawks in the Middle East and tequila tasting sessions in Mexico. Since forming Armoury, Clare has produced films for some of the world's biggest brands including Adidas, BBC, Skype, Nickelodeon and De Beers.
She recently passed her Living in the UK test with flying colours.
