THREE SHADES

The Shades' story began in a suburb of North West London where Dean, Sim & Warren first crossed paths and bonded over their similar tastes in film, music and questionable haircuts.

Their filmmaking education began when they cracked open their piggy banks and bought a cheap camera after blagging themselves some festival press passes. They were hooked from then on. After a brief stint travelling the world, documenting their every move and chasing YouTube fame, they began cutting their teeth making music videos, shorts and commercials.

They blend cinematic visuals with comedy that lives on the edge of surreal. Their work spans music videos, commercials, sketches, and short films and they specialise in turning simple ideas into unforgettable, off-kilter worlds, that ooze with that Shades personality. Their creativity really shines through in their incredibly literal name: Three Shades (see picture for reference).
